Description	Blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol screenings. *No appointment necessary. We are happy to schedule appointments for other dates. Cost: • Blood pressure – FREE • Diabetes screening – $5 • Lipid panel [LDL (bad cholesterol), HDL (good cholesterol), triglycerides, total cholesterol, and glucose] – $20 • Height, Weight, and BMI- Know your Numbers $5 • Asthma screening $5 call for 213-9211 – available by request only
